Colours & tones: co-ordinating colours.
Coordination & accessorizing: new trend directions - dressing up and down a garment.
Fashion genres & trends: new trend direction - classic, romantic, street chic to emmo, grunge, 80's revival. Identity looks in film icons.
Fashion language: how to talk to your customer about their fashion choice in a positive way- with suggestions and options.
Brand identity: understanding the stores philosophies, culture and what target marketing they are after.
Fashion Market: How fashion becomes fashionable and how it ends up in the stores.
Stock knowledge: Fabric types and uses. How washing, wear and seasons effect garments, folding clothes etc.
Selling & Service
Customer motivation & buying behaviour: why people visitor the store and what elements are required to make the sale or provides seeds for future sales.
Body language: how do you spot specific buying behaviors and assistance indicators?
Greetings and engagement: the best way to engage a customer without providing pressure. Develop rapport and credibility. Confidence and voice projection.
